SOAP MAKING / SAT MAY 10TH / 11AM-1PM

Regular price $95.00

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

There is something extra special about a soap made by hand.  The rawness, the scent, the texture, the love that goes into making it.  We could not be more excited to share our artisan soap making workshop with you!

In this workshop we will introduce you to the basic elements of soap making and teach you the cold process method.  You will learn about the science behind the bar of soap and the necessary safety precautions.  Your creative heart will then fill to the brim as you as you design your soap and incorporate fragrances, colours and additives of your choosing.  You will have the opportunity to try swirling and marbling techniques before you take home your log of natural soap.

If you have a long sleeve shirt to throw on while we work with chemicals, please bring it along.  Please also bring an old towel to wrap your log of soap in at the end of the workshop.

In a few days you will cut your log into bars and in approximately 4-6 weeks your soap will be ready to enjoy.

All materials are provided.
