WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
In this workshop you will handcraft your leather into a tote style bag. You will have the opportunity to experiment with punching and lacing techniques whilst using a selection of traditional leathercraft tools and punches.
We will teach you some leather craft fundamentals as we guide you through the steps required to create your beautiful bag. You will finish your bag off with interchangable wide shoulder bag strap to compliment your personal style.
This workshop is ideal for the absolute beginner or those with some leather craft experience who wish to refine their skills and connect with like-minded folk.
This workshop does involve some hammering. If you are unable / uncomfortable working through the steps requiring a hammer, our staff are able to provide assistance.
All materials to create your bag are included.

We welcome anyone who’d like to join us and connect with like-minded people while getting their craft on! Gather your friends or come alone.
Small class size will allow for maximum attention.
If you'd like to BYO wine to keep you hydrated during our afternoon or evening classes you are very welcome to. We can keep your vino chilled and have plenty of glass ware.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your space in a class is reserved only once full payment has been received.
Our workshop tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else you wish to come in your place.
We are required to meet minimum numbers for each class. If we do not meet this requirement and need to cancel a class we may do so at any time and offer you a full refund.
Whilst arriving, attending and leaving the workshop, it is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain and adhere to all safety precautions and requirements. The Craft Collective Townsville and the visiting teachers hold no personal liability or responsibility for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property, or any physical injuries obtained during the workshop or on the premises.
