BISCUIT DECORATING / SAT SEPT 4TH / 4-6.30PM
Do you know a Dad who is King of the BBQ? Or does he just love a good steak? Perhaps he enjoys a biscuit with his cup of tea? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then this might be the workshop for you!
This Father’s Day we are teaming up with the amazing Mel from Paper and String to help you make some personalised biscuits for your Dad, Grandpa, brother, Uncle, Dad to be or Fur Dad!
During this hands on workshop you will master rolling mini piping bags and perfect your piping skills! Mel will teach you how to create her wood grain effect using fondant, share her tips to achieve a quality marbling effect using royal icing and help you to personalise your biscuits with your own piped or imprinted message.
You will create 6 super special bikkies in this jam packed class to take home and gift to your nearest and dearest (if you can resist the temptation to keep them all for yourself).
Bring along a container to take your biscuits home in so that they can sit flat for the ride home.
Alternatively, if you would like to purchase a gift box Mel will have some available for purchase on workshop day (cash is preferred, boxes are $4 each).
Please note: these biscuits do contain gluten and may contain traces of nuts or nut products
We welcome anyone who’d like to join us and connect with like-minded people while getting their craft on! Gather your friends or come alone.
Small class size will allow for maximum attention.
You are welcome to wander through our gift shop during the workshop. If you see something you like, we offer a 10% discount on all purchases made during workshop hours.
If you'd like to BYO wine to keep you hydrated during the workshop you are very welcome to. We can keep your vino chilled and have plenty of glass ware.
